Bad customer service

On 20 January I ordered via Takealot n Russell Hobbs Food Processor which was on special for R349. As i am in need i purchased the item and wanted to pay via ebucks. I accidentally incorrectly entered the eBucks amount and asked for it to be reversed. During the process I re-did my order purchasing the food processor again with the Canon printer without any problem. As you see in the picture there was no problem with the Processer being out of stock.

A day after purchasing the Russell Hobbs item Takealot informed me that they are out of stock however during the time of purchasing the same item twice there was no indication of 'no Stock available'

As i went back to my order i noticed that the Russell Hobbes food Processor are being advertise a day after on takealot for over R1000 on special and that the Russell Hobbs Stick Blender is on special for R349.

I have worked in the sales industry and as a buyer either takealot or Russell Hobbs should honor this purchase....
