Bad after sales service and product rejects

Aka RUSSELL HOBBS Russell Hobbs - for decades I have been a brand loyal customer. All my small electrical kitchen appliances are Russell Hobbs. BUT NO MORE!! STUFF YOU RUSSELL HOBBS!! My son recently bought me a new RH kettle a couple of weeks ago while on a trip here from Jo'burg. After he had left I took out my new kettle (my old one was still working, but the lid had broken) but found that the spout does not line up properly, therefore when holding the kettle with the handle to pour the water, it spills all over the place. The kettle is brand new, still in the box. BUT IT IS A REJECT!! RH won't take it back without a till slip. Again, it is a reject. Nothing I did. Their fault. Not mine. SO ***** YOU RUSSELL HOBBS.... I am no longer your customer!!!!!
