Avoid Hoover at all costs

What a joke of a company, I purchased a Hoover HBC2000P 10 months ago and it broke. I've been trying in vain to get a hold of anyone at the Cape Town office in to get a spare part. It's just rings and rings and then cuts, it seems like no one is there. This is definitely my last purchase of a Hoover product or anything else from Home Of Living Brands
