Appalling Service!!!

Between Game stores (Boulders) and Russel Hobbs, I am not sure who is doing me dirty. I purchased an iron in May 2022 and in January 2023 it was giving me issues. I have made up to 6 visits to the store and the iron keeps on being sent back to me with the same fault. My time, diesel and efforts and I am without an iron. No value for the money I paid. The service has been appalling!!!
