All products are defect! +

I purchased a Russell Hobbs iron from the Strubens Valley Builders warehouse on Friday and when I returned home I noticed the iron had a defect. The plastic stopper on the water inlet cover was not there. I returned to the store to have it exchanged and noticed the entire batch was defect.

Who does the quality check before items are sent out?? This is such an inconvenience as I have to travel back and forth abmnd now left without an iron!!

Not impressed at all with this!!
