2 year warranty complaint, store- related purchase-439375

Really disappointed by the service or non service from Russell Hobbs I complained on their website and they responded to the complaint with no solution instead reinforcing that unfortunately that’s how things are. Responded to the email sent till today I am still waiting for their response.Clearly they don’t care and it is evident in how they treat their customers. I still say that the provision given for 2 year warranty is only for the elite and not for old people or uneducated. What are they doing to make sure that everyone is catered for? As much as these other group is discriminated they are still customers and should not only concentrate on the ELITE
