Worst customer experience ever!!!!!
Worst experience with Ted Baker online.... I purchased a handbag online on 2 July 2025 for R1799. I was told on 7 July 2025 that my order was canceled. No reason provided. And then only when I called to find out about my refund am I being told I need to wait another 10 days for my refund. WHAT DESPICABLE SERVICE IS THIS????? I WILL NEVER PURCHASE FROM TED BAKER AGAIN.

My order was cancelled with a ridiculous reason that the order cannot be fulfilled, yet I have just seen the item available online for sale. I have sent the photo to their customer email, with obviously no response.
PLEASE DONT BE FOOLED BY TED BAKER ONLINE, DONT ORDER FROM THEM. PATHETIC SERVICE.
