Ted Baker online shopping ****

Hi, I bought a bag online from Ted Baker. Okey I did this using my old savings account and the money was collected by AIYUFEI HONG KONG, HK so in my mind I believe they had included customs since the total came to R632,57 this transaction was authorized by me on the 2023/12/07 so I waited because I know overseas items take a while. Until today I have never received anything. So I went to gateway mall Ted Baker store and told them what happened and the gentleman I spoke too told me I was ****med but I alerted him that this was on the official Ted Baker website and he explained something that I failed to understand he basically told me that because I was ****med there is nothing they can help me with and I should just accept the fact that I was ****med and my money is gone. I asked him why don't they alert the public abt the information they have he said they only tell their customers are alerted and the rest of us who are not credit customers cannot be helped. I am really disappointed by this and had wished that I had information that the ted Baker employees know as well as their trusted customers maybe I would have not bought anything from Ted Baker online
