Ted Baker non delivery

I ordered two Ted Baker bags on 2 Dec 2023. I have not received my order. I have sent numerous emails and there’s no response. The tracking number they gave me for EMS says order not found. I am very disappointed. The one response I had was this order number does not belong to us. But if they have other people selling their product they should be able to communicate with them.
