Ted baker bag review

So I ordered a bag from Ted baker - https://www.tbzaoutlet.com/ since February of 2023… I have not received the bag since and have even used their tracking system to my surprise it says delivered but no site of the actual bag let alone an non existing tracking number once followed up with our post office desk! I’m so heartbroken by such and experience!! Not knowing if this was just a **** ! Unfortunately even sending an email through ***** site has proven otherwise!!

My two cents… unless you walk into an actual Tedbaker store stay away from any online purchasing because WOW!!!!
