Full refund

I ordered two bags last year in Sep 2024 and I have still not received my parcel . When I emailed them to ask when am I going to receive my order they responded by saying the items that I brought are out of stock and the only thing that can do is offer 40% refund which I did not agree to and preferred the items rather and was again told that those will be in stock the following year. Then other emails stated they no longer produce those items and offered 50% refund which I still didn’t want and prefered to change the order and wasn’t rep**** to.
