Disgusting service at the Ted Baker Canal Walk, CAPE TOWN branch

I would like to formally lay a complaint against the Ted Baker in Canal Walk. I am so appalled and utterly shocked and disgusted by the pathetic and rude treatment I received from the staff at this branch.

I have visited your gateway and waterfront branch and have experienced such amazing service.

The manager and the sales consultant basically threw me out the store.

The manager refused to give me the name of the sales consultant and shouted at me telling me to ask her herself!!

My daughter was just touching the label of the bag and the sales assistant went completely crazy shouting at me. The manager was terrible. No management skills at all. Completely not bothered by me and would not give me the sales assistant name so that I can lay a complain. Another staff member had to “calm” the rude sales assistant down because she was so hyped up shouting at me from a distance.

I am so disgusted at the service received from the Cape Town branch in canal walk. R was okay shocking behavior from the staff!!!
