Last email received 24th March 2021

I'm still waiting for this company to call me on a claim made in March 2021 They confirmed all my docs n just need to pick up the device for repairs. But no response till today. I've reversed my debit this month thinking it might get some attention from them but no. I just feel this company might be a ****. Rather give back all my money n take my name out of your books
