CLAIM UNATENDED TO

i have made a claim in regards to my phone contract , i had to put thru a claim twice after the long procedure i still have no response from TECSURED it been way over a month now i have called their customer care line a number of times and it has been of no help they agent just don't care he tells me to wait for the assessor to contact when i asked him how long it takes he says he does not know ( in his words ) WHEN THE CALL ME THEY WILL CALL ME I MUST JUST WAIT i feel as if their company is a ****.
