Wrong\Faulty Parts

<p>I will paste an email here, that I sent to them twice with no response..</p> <p> </p> <p>Good day</p> <p>I have a small repairs business in Graaff Reinet EC, and buy all my<br />parts from Tecsa PE.<br />I ordered a timer for a Speed queen washing machine RSPC 35927.<br /> I gave the part number as well as the model and serial numbers, got<br />the part and installed it. The customer went on holiday that same day,<br />so we didn't test the machine..<br />That was in April 17.<br />When they returned they informed me that the machine stops during the<br />spin cycle. I checked and realized that the part no on the new timer<br />wasn't the same as the origanal part.<br />I returned it to PE on my own costs, we had to pay an extra amount in<br />and pay for couriers to get it here.<br />I checked the numbers, and saw that it was wrong again.. The guys<br />there argued with me, but understood in the end, and sent the right<br />part.<br />The customer got someone else to check the machine in the meantime, so<br />I lost the customer... The guy confirmed that the problem was with the<br />timer.<br />I must add that the customer lives about 10 km out of town, so I had<br />to travel 20 km each time..<br />We received the right part and installed it, but still the same<br />problem... All that I can think of is that the part is faulty..<br />I phoned the manager and he told me that they can not replace it<br />because they have already lost the other two parts, (that they sent<br />Incorrectly) as they cant use / re-sell it.</p> <p>So my question is, what am I to do now??? The wrong part was sent<br />twice, the one guy tried to convince me that the part was correct, and<br />that the numbers on the packaging was wrong or new numbers that they<br />are using.</p> <p>I lost money on this whole situation, and the customer holds me liable<br />for the money that she lost, as the part is very expensive. And the<br />machine is still not operational...</p> <p>Please help me resolve this?</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
