TescaReco online shop a *****

It's almost 3 months now and still no feedback or any response to my follow up. We purchased a washing machine drain motor on 14 December 2023. Upto now there is no delivery or any communication to my many follow ups with TescaReco. They Huang up my calls after making me hold for more than 30 mins. This is highly unfair and not consistent with good business practices and accountability. I want my money back or better still just deliver what I bought.
