Extremely bad at following up, and no one call you back regarding your order that was paid for on the 26th of September. I wish the guy who helped me advised that I'm not paying for an in stock item, but waited until I paid to tell me that they have to order the part. (LG washing machine Thermistor). Absolutely no-one calls me back, after repeated requests to find out where the part is.
