False advertizing as an online shop

They advertize as an online shop with shopping cart etc etc but no pricing so you have to send an enquiery-then they send an invoice and inform you when you check re delivery that “ we dont deliver or work with couriers”!!! Now I ask you “HOW THE HELL DO I GET MY ORDER”???? False advertizing re online shop!
