Extremely Poor Service And Order Not Received

I placed an online order for a part (DY115 dual element) for my Defy tumble dryer on September 6th, with order number ***4. The expected delivery date was three days later, but as of today, I have not received the item, or any indication as to when my order will be received. Despite assurances from the staff at the Tulisa Park office that they would provide feedback, they have failed to do so. This level of service is simply unacceptable.
