Dishonesty towards customers

I ordered two parts for my tumble dryer 2 months ago. I was told by the consultant at the desk that the parts are available in Pretoroa and that he would order it for me. He stated that the parts will arrive at them in a weeks' time and that he would phone me when the parts arrive.<br> After waiting for three weeks i phoned them and they said thay do no not know about my order but they would follow it up and phone me. After two weeks i phoned them again and again they did not know about my order but they would follow it up and phone me back.<br> Two weeks ago i phoned them AGAIN and for sure i got the same response. They did not know about my order but they will follow up and get back to me. I am still waiting for someone from Tecsa to phone me as they promised.<br> <br> Empty promises, dishonesty and incompetence leads to me wasting my resources by continuously trying to buy products from them.
