Bad service from staff for a simple quote

Had a horrible experience to obtain a quote for a washing machine part. Percy emailed me strait up to go to another supplier and he had three letters miss spelled in the company name that he was referring me to. Mohammed tried to let me buy a wrong part that is not the same as the part that I have asked for. Is it just because they had it in stock and he thought I was going to improvise when I bought the part?! Clearly they do not want the business in this economical crunch.
