Bad service

I am a small air-conditioning company in NC Kuruman. I was told TecsaReco Upington will help with spare parts and this is now the second time I get bad experience with them . 1st time ,I had to drive all the way to Upington because they don't have a courier that comes to Kuruman for a compressor,and I ended up not even using the compressor and Johan told me to keep it for about two months maybe something will come up where I will use it ,at that time I had transport to take it back ,now he is denying everything and refuses to refund me . 2nd time ,he tells me he has the compressor,I make payment and now all off sudden they have a courier and I pay for the compressor and courier service but time of delivery he tells that they don't have it ,after neumours times I followed up .

I am not sure if I am they only person they treat this bad but I am very disappointed.
