poor poor customer service

we have phoned 4 times today , she will put you through to a sales person , whom activates his answering machine , you will phone again then that sales person will forward the call to somebody else and then a answering machine then phone again and gets told they don't sell it then after dis agreeing the same lady will tell you ---o that person will call back and you leave a message , its about 3 hours later still no response
