New thermostat faulty

<p>I bought a new Ranco fridge thermostat thinking it should be better quality as it is made in the EU. R130. I Installed it and the fridge didn't turn off. I took it out and it tested faulty with no resistance change on max min temperature settings. It was faulty from new. Tecsa said that their thermostats are never faulty which is *******. I want my money back or I'll sue for petrol and time wasted.</p>
