Dangerous microwave repair

Jarrod from Tecsa recommended Edgar to replace a light switch in my KIC microwave oven some time ago. When the magnetron recently needed to be replaced, I again called Edgar. After paying R520 for the repair, I discovered that the spindle that turns the glass plate had started to melt. Edgar did not respond to my request to return and repair the microwave properly - leading me to question his capability. Neither has he returned my money despite promising to do so. This is a warning NOT to use Tecsa's recommendation to use Edgar's services.
