TECNOGLASS ABANDONED JOB - REFUSING TO REFUND ME

Tecnoglass was due to install new windows in our home. We signed the contract supp**** by owner HERO ILGIN AND LOUISE JACOBS Manageress with specific details and were told its a 3 day job. It has been 3 weeks since the job started, yet unsuccessfully installed windows are in our home. They've caused extensive damage to my house and won't take responsibility. The team themselves that did work in our house told us they are not professional fitters they are only glass cutters. Not 1 window is fitted in accordance with the contract, and some of the windows are not even what was ordered and they refusing to fix it. They have since ABANDONED the work last week and we requested our deposit back which was denied. The goods delivered to site and work carried out is not what we ordered. Our windows are not fitted at all and merely just in place with a few wood strips here and there and stuffed with newspaper and one pane has even blown out causing safety hazard for my children. Some glass panes are cracked from the pressure. We want our money back and they can collect their goods.
