Still waiting.
I purchased a treadmill from Tecno Train in March this year and have still not received it. I initially received responses to my emails but since May, have received no replies, and it is also impossible to reach them by phone. I am not sure whether I will ever receive the treadmill?

01 Nov 2023, 08:49Treadmill was shipped - 175kgs and cost us over 3k and you were not at home to accept. Received email a week later that you will be back in 3 weeks time and the treadmill was returned to us and we had to pay for return shipping as well. Cost us double. Please forward banking details for refund or confirm delivery address and availability to receive the order if we reship it.
