Dangerous Consumer Electronics

This company has no experience in electronics what-so-ever!

I bought a USB-to-TypeC charging cable. The Product Parameters on the box claims: Input 220v-240v AC, Output 5v DC. Really? Incorrect label-claim!! I made contact with them, but they are ignoring my messages. Went on to the website, what a mess! (For some light entertainment, go read the Company Policy. It is hilarious the amount of errors.)
