UNAUTHORISED TECHZONE DEBIT ORDER

I agree with all the reviews already published, can something not be done with regards to the unauthorised ********** debit orders being deducted from our bank accounts for R149 each month by TechZone? I find this highly inappropriate, and I do not even know what TechZone does or stand for, absolutely ridiculous. Now I need to go and stand in a Saturday morning que at my bank just to request a refund and cancellation and this for something I did not authorise. How dare this be tolerated, why do we have bank accounts, why can they not do something about this **********. Very unhappy and disgruntled.
