Techzone - Who are they??????

I don't like the idea that I even have to give one star on this company in order to write a review. I don't know who TechZone is I have tried to contact them but I just can not get hold of them. They have been debiting my account since last November. Eventually in June this year I decided to stop the debit orders with the bank myself in order to try get a response from this company (surely they have a collections team). It's now been 3 months they still have contacted me. After reading all the reviews on Hellopeter I suppose I shouldn't be surprised. It's just crazy at this stage. I did take out 2 new cell phone upgrades which is what the original debit orders were for. I actually got my cell phones so I assume it was legit. I was then told that Vodacom would stop billing me for the Handsets once the old Cell phones were paid up. When this didn't happen I contacted Vodacom. They confirmed my upgrades and that I was paying them for the handsets. So who is this mysterious TechZone and Digimedia???????
