Misrepresentation and *****.

They misrepresent the business on the phone. They told me that R149 is the only debit order, that they would draw and that it replaces the MTN debit order. I cancelled that debit order because two debit orders were drawn on my account. One from TECHZONE and one from MTN. I specifically asked whether the R149 order was the ONLY that would go through; to which they rep**** yes. This is a ***** and I intend to lay a ***** charge against them if they don't respond to the cancelled debit order in this week. So my advice to everyone. REFUSE all over-the-phone offers. If the business doesn't have a local broker/office, stay away, be rude because they don't appreciate any courteous attitude. You don't know who you are dealing with. They had phoned me three times to do business.
