Not worth it

Ordered a grey nappy bag and paid in full for delivery. Never received an order number. Sent an inquiry on the website with all details, never received a reply. Sent a Whatsap to the cellphone nr on the website with the details, eventually got a rude and one worded reply after literally sending message after message. It's clear the person replying had no idea of how to deal with customers and after A LOT of messages (on my side) I was told that I needed to collect the parcel at PEP (no mention of PEP collection on the website) and that the R85 for delivery was in fact only to PEP stores, despite me putting in my delivery address. All of this on Whatsapp by the way. Collected my order at PEP (still no order number received) almost 2 weeks later. Not impressed by the product either - the "multifunction nappy bag" is flimsy and small - I would rather pay extra at another retailer than having to deal with this rude and *********** person. So much for supporting local businesses.
