i bought 1212 Mini Wood Door Making Carving Woodworking LEAD CNC Router Frame 2.2KW Spindle Automatic Wood Metal Carving Cutting Machine R29999,99 worst service ever.i was told delivery would take about 3-5 working days but they would try push for earlier. machine came in pieces directly fom china 3weeks later. the company has no technician for installation. they know nothing about the machine and i can bet they have never sold it before. machine came with wrong parts. you can only use mach3 software and nothing else. plus it took almost 2wks to set up till it had to be set up directly from china mirroring through shared screen on my computer.COMPLETE JUNK. just ordered another machine else where and would be returning their JUNK. waste of money, time and effort.
