Unprofessional service from Techup PC supply East London

I waited 6 months to get a proper response from Techup PC East London. I was then told that my pc was fixed. I went to the shop because no one was answering the phones but the shop was closed during business hours. I then managed to get hold of the owners nr. He then told me a different story that the pc isnt fixed yet and this is after 6 months. I managed to get my pc fix and they changed the mother board. When I switched it on at home the motherboard fan was making a noise and I messaged the owner but he ignored me. I also told him that my PC case wast complete because some covers were missing he didn't respond and I went to the shop to collect it but they said they don't have it so I just left it. I only used the pc for a couple of times and now I realised one of my hdd's is missing. I contacted the owner to ask him to follow up with his tecnicians who worked on the pc but he said Im crazy.
