Never have I ever dealt with such incompetence.

I sent a board to get repaired for a door system. Technician doesn't tell me no sorry we only work on TV's, takes the board no problem, doesn't even have basic knowledge on how to fix electronics, I get the board back, he's wired 12volts to a communication port.

Asked for a refund and was told they have never worked on the boards, so I asked why did they accept it then? Can't give me a straight answer, tells me why didn't you do it then 🤣 People please do not send anything here for repairs. They will do and say anything to take your money. Pathetic
