Unfair dismissal

I’m Writing this letter to show how sad and disappointed I am with the way Techtronic Bedfordview center team mistreated me, I was employed by Techtronic in 2018 March, I was working as a Technician of the store.

My daily duties were diagnosing, assessing cellphones to find the fault and fix the fault on device to bring device back to its normal condition and Sawan Dania was my manager there.

In 2019 that is where the Techtronic management in August month end just before we can get our monthly salary they started having a single meeting with myself and the other technician I was working with by the name of Vincent Lobeni.

Management team told us they no longer needed us in their team and when we ask if there was a problem or something we did they rep**** by saying the company don’t make money so it force them to close down the company.

The company never closed the doors like they said it wa going to,the shop is still working normally and we asked if they gonna pay us for the leave days and all the money we worked for since they are forcing us out of the company.

The management team told us they will pay us for the days we worked with them but told us we have to write down resigning letters and if we don’t they are not going to pay us for that month since we were waiting to get paid for that month, after writing that letter on a page because they never give us chance to write proper letter they then paid but this time they did not use banks like they normally do but instead they gave us cash.

They only paid for that August month and still tax the payment and told us they will send us other payments through our bank accounts , since 2019 I have been trying to get hold of the management team regarding the money they promised us but they always hang off the phone when they hear that it was me on the phone.

I just want the company to pay me retrenchment package , for the time I worked with Techtronic because now even after they forced us to resign they still tax the salaries.
