Thieving company

I purchased a smart watch from tbem and after wearing it for 2 hrs it already broke. This happened in the first week of January and I still have not received feedback. I did speak to the owner - Bruce - who promised to call me back and I have not been able to get hold of him since then. He does not answer my emails, my calls or my texts.
