I needed to get hold of some cables and connectors and as I was initially unsure of what cables would do the job. In my case a single item was not available by supplier but was quickly provided with alternatives as to not delay the ordering process.<br> <br> Feedback from Techstop after ordering is also very efficient with notifications as items arrive at Techstop. I inquired on an item that was bit delayed and was able to get feedback quite quickly. Delivery was as promised - items dispatched late afternoon and at my office the next day 10am.<br> <br> What really impressed me was a follow-on mail from Graeme few days later to check if the cables i got were indeed what i needed and if i needed any additional advice. <br> <br> I will definitely be using Techstop in future as this type of service is rare to come by.
