Mr Graeme Simms opened TechStop at the beginning of the year, starting fresh and with a mindset of continual improvement for customer service and delivery of goods, following the downfall of Sybaritic. <br> <br> So far, my first order consisting of an external hard drive and a USB stiffy drive went very smooth. It was dispatched to the courier on time and delivered 2 days later (i.e. within the 1-2 days time frame promised by the courier).<br> <br> The day after delivery, Graeme sent an email to confirm that all went well, or provide assistance where necessary - this is already a good start for a first order.
