Beware of underhanded bussiness owner

The MD of previous company Sybaritic convinced me to buy a more expensive product by using credit from a repair and paying an additional amount. This happened about 1 month before the MD stopped replying to my emails and never provided the product ordered. Sybaritic went 'insolvent' and the same MD is now managing TechStop. I was never refunded and I never received my order. TechStop have offered me \credit"to cover 30% of the amount lost but I am warned that the amount \""may not be available immediately\"".
