TechSheds - Paid R2,400 and Received Nothing
TechSheds - Paid R2,400 and Received Nothing I placed an order with TechSheds on 12 August 2026 for a 4G V380 Three Lens AI Solar CCTV Camera (Order #10004) and made payment as instructed via EFT. After making payment, I emailed proof of payment and even advised them that the camera was urgently needed for additional security at my mother's property. Despite this, I have received absolutely no communication regarding my order. Over the past two weeks I have: • Sent multiple emails to the company • Attempted to call the number provided on their website (+***5) • Requested updates on the status of my order All my efforts have been ignored. There has been no response, no tracking information, no explanation for the delay, and no indication that my order has even been processed. At this point, it appears that I have paid R2,400 and received nothing in return. The complete lack of communication is unacceptable and raises serious concerns about whether this company is legitimately fulfilling customer orders. I am posting this review as a warning to other consumers. If TechSheds wishes to resolve this matter, I would like either: Immediate delivery of the product with valid tracking information, or A full refund of the R2,400 paid.
