Complaing over bed not even a year old

I bouhgt a bed in September 2019 the materess is not even a year old and the springs is now hurting my son he is the only one sleeping on the bed and he is only 16 years old now when we called Hein form Techra beds in Kempton Park he tell us he is going to charge us R150 for collenting the materess and then we must wait for 3 days before getting a materess that he wants to fix as he is saying the factory is closed down and they can not exchange the materess. I feel when buying the bed we got a 5 year warrenty on the materess now they want to charge me for collenting the materess and not getting a other one same day how must my son sleep with out a materesss, The springs is also not stable it is moving to the side when he lays on the materess not pressing down like other spring materess.This is not a great serves at all
