lying trough there teeth

I submitted a claim with (king price) for my router and computer that has been struck by lightning 3 weeks a go and they had it sent to technosure.I phoned them today to ask where it is and what they have found.only to find out that somehow they or the carriers company had somehow broken the STUFF. My router was undamaged visically when it left my house and nou they say it is broken visically.but it was struck by lightning.now Adrian tells me that nothing is wrong with the pc.it only needed a battery.the thing is that king price asked me to send to a place off my chose before it went there and the confirmed that that the pc Internet port was damaged by the lightning and needed to replace the motherboard.Thechnosure seems to have missed that.somehow between my insurance and Adrian they told me that the claim has been rejected because it was wear and tear.lol where on earth do u get that on a pc
