Zero customer care, bad workmanship and horrible to deal with.

Our Subaru went in for a minor bumper repair after a very minor accident. We had the vehicle assessed as we’re aware that our parts take a long time. We were then advised when to bring the vehicle in to be repaired. We were then advised that they would only then be ordering the parts. So they had our vehicle for more than 6 weeks.

At the time of taking our vehicle in we also pointed out a spot of rust that had appeared on a panel that they had replaced a few years earlier and was still allegedly under their warranty - the just marked it as done (leaning their writing all over our vehicle) and did nothing. Again making it our problem.

On collecting the vehicle we noticed that the boot had not been connected properly as well as a number of other covers had not been put in correctly. So we were doing our own Quality Assurance. Also the vehicle was filthy and had not been cleaned after the work was done. When I pointed that out Melanie just shrugged. When I opened the boot I noted that things weren’t exactly right and they told me I was imagining things.

Less than a week later our boot switch stopped working. On further inspection I realised that the back seal was not flush with the window and had been painted over. I went back to them to point out the issues and once again I was met with apathy and accusations that I had done something wrong or was imagining issues.

We have today taken the vehicle to our regular Subaru service provider and discovered that not only did they break a number of the clips on the back panel of the vehicle, they then proceeded to badly glue it all back together.

My issue is that when I gave them the vehicle there was nothing wrong with the boot! It was working perfect fine and there was nothing to indicate that it was affected at all in the minor accident. Yet when I got the vehicle back it was no longer fine and the staff suggested that I was in the wrong. They take zero responsibility and try to make it out that the client is at fault.

DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES USE THIS COMPANY! Tell your insurance company to find someone else.
