WORST SERVICE EVER RECEIVED

This has been the most frustrating experience with an autobody. My vehicle was dropped off on 1 April 2023. today is 3 May 2023. I have been calling almost every day and keep getting told that the lady who is dealing with my vehicle, who I will not name, is unavailable or on a call or is busy and cannot take my call. When she does take my call, she says she will follow up and get back to me and still I get no response. My vehicle went in for a minor back bumper change which should not take this long. Every time I speak to the agent she gives me a different story. I had informed her that I needed the vehicle before 27 April to drive up to Johannesburg but on the 25th of April she told me that they just ordered the bumper??? 25 days to put through the order? it has been very frustrating and I will never use Technostar again or suggest it to anyone.
