WORST COMPANY TO REPAIR YOUR VEHICLE, RATHER GO TO DURBAN CENTRAL MOTORS!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, YOU'RE BETTER OFF WITH NO VEHICLE. I took my car to Technostar on the 17th of Feb for a bumper replacement which I was assured that they had ordered the parts which would be in house in 2 - 3 days. A week went past and no communication from Lunga the consultant for my vehicle. 2 weeks further went by and still the vehicle was still not repaired. 19th of March, courtesy vehicle was returned and no update except parts are on the painting department. 24th of March I went to the site and was finally told the truth that they ordered the jncorrect bumper and were expecting the correct one the following week - sorry. I stated that sorry does not help and that I am incurring personal costs due to this huge error, and Nomthandazo, the Service manager, stated that if not fixed by Monday, she would arrange for a courtesy vehicle for me. It's Tuesday now and Nomthandos tune has changed, saying that all courtesy vehicles are used and perhaps Thurs she can 'try' - mind you, Thurs is the expected date of completion. I escalated to her manager who is the company Director Raydon, but, would have been better talking to a rock. Between Lunga, Nomthandazo and Raydon, there is no sense of accountability and the level of incompetence is beyond belief. Take it from me, if your vehicle can drive, don't bother bringing it to Technostar! 6 weeks now and still no car for a SIMPLE BUMPER REPLACEMENT!!!!!!!
