warranty worthless

This company repaired the back panel on my car about 18 months ago. The job was badly done and started rusting after nine months. Techno star offer a lifetime warranty on their work, which they give in writing. <br> When I went back there about four months ago, with the assessor, they assured me that they would repair it within a three week period, cause they needed to supply me with a courtesy car. To date, almost for months later, and after numerous calls and emails, from both myself and the assessor, nothing has happened. They never call back and don't respond to emails. Sharon, the manager I'm dealing with, assured me lay week, she'd take this matter to get boss and call me back. Nothing! <br> That warranty isn't worth the paper it's written upon. I'd like this job don't ASAP Plz. This run around from all concerned must stop and the job get done.
