Unacceptable service 36 days still no car

I bought my vehicle on the 24 March 2013 for repairs at Technostar, authorisation was granted on the 25th by insurance.today is the 35th day and my vehicle is still not ready.the manager of the workshop blatently told me that the consultant does not know what he is doing.how do they hire such *********** people
