tracking progress-5 weeks in panelbeating @yourservice

<p>My vehicle has been at Technostar autobody for repairs 5 weeks now . I still have not been given a date the repairs will be completed. Ive called and left messages for Vernon,sent him an email ,no response . Finally spoke to natasha today ,said awaiting parts ,but prior to this Vernon advised all parts were received . Natasha promised to email me pictures today of my car to show the progress.Said i should give her an hour . Its now 5 hours later ,no response. To cap it ,a scratch was added to the back rim whilst in their possession ,still have not got feeedback as to who is taking reponsibilty for this . Dissapointed!</p>
