There was a bit of an issue of little to no communication from TechnoStar during my initial engagement with them in March 2023. The car was then repaired and then when I went through for delivery, the smash and grab was incorrect, no polish and it was a poor quality work done on the cars the issue was raised with Kary who escalated and did try to assist but from the time that the complaint was raised to the time the matter was handled was more than a month. Mandy and Kary did arrange for the vehicle to be sorted and now it is completed and sorted.
